Course introduction:

A one-day workshop with the theme "Art of Customer Service" was held on May 30 at Esfarjani School and led by Shahrazad Esfarjani. Two major parts of interaction with oneself and interaction with others in the way of advancing work goals and gaining customer satisfaction formed the main topics of this workshop.

In the self-interaction section, the importance of individual insight and beliefs, type and performance as the main and constructive infrastructure of an individual was stated, which are the foundations of the characteristics of an efficient project manager. In addition, adherence to covenants, being honest and straightforward, being the cause of issues and adhering to something beyond oneself are the four pillars of the foundation of the personality of every effective person.

In the interaction with others section, appropriate behavioral skills to influence the customer, including the way to deal with the customer and proper and constructive communication, were described. Next, the specialized and very important skill of agenda writing was examined and the characteristics of a creative agenda were stated. The workshop ended with discussions about additional behavioral skills needed by an effective project manager, including discovering customer insight, using creativity, correct and appropriate presentation, and customer negotiation skills.
